UNLOADING/LOADING ASSISTANCE:
Exhibitors may move-in on APRIL 21, 2012, the morning of the event, beginning at 7:00 a.m. There will be expo staff to help you unload your vehicles. The event ends at 3:00 p.m. We ask that you DO NOT TEAR DOWN UNTIL THE END OF THE EVENT, at which time there will be expo staff to help you load your vehicles.

A $200.OO FEE WILL BE CHARGED FOR EARLY
DISMANTLING AND DEPARTURE OF YOUR BOOTH(S)

BOOTH SET-UP:
Each 8' x 8' booth includes drape, a 6' skirted table, 2 folding chairs, a wastebasket, and 1 identification sign.

NAME BADGES: In an effort to be environmentally friendly, we ask you to print your name badge in the event you do not have a company provided name badge.

PROMOTE YOURSELF!
Let people know you are a participant at the women's expo! Use your company’s communication platforms to invite clients … and potential clients …to visit your booth for a personal, informal chat!

Included below is a brief announcement that can be tailored to meet your methods of transmission. Are you LinkedIn? Does your company (or you) post on Facebook? Do you tweet? Do you have a newsletter? Please feel free to revise the following copy or apply the event logo as applicable.

The women's expo will be held at a the Lancaster Bible College, 901 Eden Road, Lancaster, PA 17601, on April 21, 2012 from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. For more information about the women's expo visit www.aGreatWayToSpendMyDay.com.

DOOR PRIZES:
Offering door prizes can enhance your company exposure at the expo. If you offer a door prize at your booth with a value of $15.00 or more, you will have your prize listed on the expo website and in the women's expo guide.

TICKETS/ADMISSION:
Each exhibitor will be provided with 50 complimentary tickets per booth. Tickets will be mailed to each exhibitor 1 month out from the event. Please call Kimberly Shaffer at 717-285-8123 with requests for additional tickets.

AWARDS:
All exhibits will be judged for the following awards:
    Best of Show – Best overall use of graphics, demonstrations, sales technique, floor space, message perception and media.
    Most Creative Exhibit – Most unique and attention-getting utilization of booth space.
    Best Sales Presentation – Most effective display promoting sales of a product or service.
Booths will be judged Saturday morning between 9:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. Awards will be presented. Judging will be conducted by a panel of experts selected by the show presenters.

PHOTO RELEASE:
By entering the premises, you and any booth staff have given the show permission to use your photo likeness in any publicity for the show.

NO SHOWS:
If you do not arrive to occupy your booth space after registering, you will be charged an ADDITIONAL $250.
